Allura Retirement Communities
Allura’s communities should not be confused as retirement villages. Unlike Retirement villages, all residents of Allura’s communities own their own homes and have a say in how their community is managed. Allura’s communities are built in locations that are located within the broader community, close to shops, bowls, hairdressers, hospitals and public transport.
Homes for sale within Allura’s communities are affordable, usually lower or equal to the median house price of the area. Allura price their homes so buyers can sell the family home to move into a safer, adaptable home in a safe and secure residential community and still have money left over.
Allura’s community are designed to encourage the residents to interact with society and each other. Allura’s communities provide the residents with a safe gated site; the layout of the homes within the site ensures that the residents can interact as a community – watching out for one another.
All Allura Retirement Communities are supported by appropriate health care and social services, enabling the residents to live independently for as long as possible.
