Allura Retirement Concepts Pty Ltd is an organisation with a desire to be Australia’s leading Retirement Housing Provider. It is the goal of the company that the Allura brand is synonymous with healthy retirement lifestyle living for over fifty fives.
Allura’s products consist of a range of ECO Friendly Retirement Lifestyle Homes and Communities developed to support senior residents in a caring, healthy and active lifestyle for as long as they make the community their home.
Allura’s properties are functionally future proofed, allowing long term residents to remain within a supportive environment for as long as possible. All Allura homes cater for the in-home care needs of one or both owners without the necessity to move away from home when needs change.
Allura does not build “Aged Care facilities”, rather senior’s accommodation with facilities to support all residents with varying degrees of care until they may require more supportive care that can only be provided by Nursing Home facilities.
Allura's Retirement Communities
Allura’s retirement community program is on the development of new retirement villages in areas where there is a distinct lack of appropriate seniors' accommodation. The goal is to provide facilities that are conducive to maintaining seniors in their own modern, secure home for as long as possible.
Allura’s retirement communities do not follow a standard Retirement Village Model. With Allura Retirement Communities the residents own their own homes and agree to live within the agreed community self-governance guidelines. Allura’s communities do not have Deferred Management Fees or leasing arrangements, residents receive 100% capital gain from owning their own property and get a say in the upkeep and running of their community grounds.
If required, Allura will endeavor to provide a seamless transition to care through agreements between Allura and Aged Care Providers in each community.
